GOOGLE, THE GATE AND THE TWEED

VIOLATORS OF THE SHERMAN ANTI-TRUST ACT LAW

When I first started out on GOOGLE, in 2009, it was the dire need for the LAW ENFORCERS to investigate a non-criminal, kidnapping, attempted murder (tasered chest) case, as well as the OBLIGER  (DOJ) who sold to the ASSIGNOR, their NYSID number, ASSIGNED it to me-- THAT NUMBER IS NOW SEALED-- which is why I coined it "THE GATE."  While I indicated that the only thing that I cannot find on GOOGLE is "Justice," I was right.  They removed the "Criminal Justice System (Gate) and Its Connections," along with news feeds under my "designer tags."  Please refer to "GOOD-BYE  GOOGLE READER."

GOOGLE is still a very good research tool, depending on what you are researching.  For example, my blogger on the Courts.  Speaking of which, some law libraries will have a sign posted to go to GOOGLE website for information.  I have and continue to do so, especially when there are discrepancies between the Office of Court Administration (OCA) in New York City, and so-called Counsels.  GOOGLE will have news releases, story-lines, profiles, pictures,  like there's no tomorrow--acclaim, glory, etc,-- yet OCA will have nothing on that individual, not even a registered  number, yet that person's co-worker is registered at the Office of Court Administration, and to think they are COUNSELS for THE CITY OF NEW YORK, 100 CHURCH STREET, NEW YORK, NY.   YES, Corporation Counsel, Michael A. Cardoza, whose cousin is Benjamin Cardoza of the famed name-sake law school, who is thinking of staying on when Mayor Michael Reuben Bloomberg hangs up his title.   The Bronx District Attorney, via OCA, lists a David Kapp, as DA, and Robert T. Johnson, as working out of the Bronx District Attorney's Office.  It is endless.

My gripe:  associating my name, LILLIAN ANN MACK, with pictures unbeknownst to me--please remove them; removed my profile, please put back on, along with the "THE GATE," and those news feeds.  How does one obtain them.  I went through bundles.  What are the NEWSPAPERS take??? There seems to be a correlation between radio Free Europe - copy cat de ja vous.   I use them for researching and shepardizing.  Besides, the news feeds are very therapeutic.

Oh!! your imminent law suit against me for malicious communications, et.al., well, so far you have violated my integrity, -- false association claim -- those photos-- not my community-- don't have one; denying that I am indeed pro-se (do research-- it's a matter of COURT RECORD-- which CANNOT BE MADE UP ON GOOGLE -- as indicated on "THE ON-CALENDAR," "DISPOSITION OTHER THAN CONVICTION OR ACQUITTAL," and soon to be DISPLAYED ON THE "MOTION TO AMEND," which only been sitting in the Clerk's Office of Judicial Misconduct, 61 Broadway, NYC, since 2011; obstructing justice, perverting the course of justice; controlling my website--insisting that I have WHAT!!!!--Circle of Friends -- like arranged marriages; distorting my PICASSA WEB; displaying what you want "quoted," from my factual Blogs.  Who are you to extract an excerpt?   Some might be appropriate--the MAJORITY ARE NOT, and, Furthermore, my permission was not sought.
